Go with Bupa if you have a choice!!

Been trying to double charge me excess for months because I had a mammogram and a consultant appointment on the same day....

Finally the hospital have stopped chasing me and have obviously chased AXA.... who have just asked me for payment!! Despite months of messaging promising to sort it out. AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

I went into the app to authorise a different appointment and now can't get in.

I miss my Bupa cancer team. It was so easy, slick and kind. Axa is just pants on customer (patient) service.
