Have been paying into them via work for 12 years. Never needed anything myself. My partner (who I added to policy) had problems getting help until I complained and eventually warned them I will take legal action. Wanted a continuation after leaving work, and their quotes were astronomical (even with no cover for existing conditions). From their responses its clear all they want is easy money with little chance of sensible cover. Stay well clear of AXA, they remind me of the scandal with US United Healthcare.
