Within minutes of joining, the app glitched and began misreading my trades. There’s no actual support team, just instructions to submit a ticket in Discord. No one replies, and instead you get flooded with scammers DM’ing you pretending to be support.What was supposed to be a simple transition from GMGN ended up taking my entire day, and I still haven’t been able to reach anyone. Honestly shocked this is a Y Combinator backed company. Easily the sloppiest run business I’ve ever tried to engage with.The process goes like this: submit a ticket, get DM’d by 100 scammers, get no real response from the actual team… and meanwhile, I’m still stuck in the same trade. Eight hours wasted, still no word from a single legitimate team member.One person finally did respond (not sure if they were legit or not), but when I tried to explain the issue, they told me their server couldn’t accept my message. No cursing, no negativity, just basic details about the glitch. Still no idea what’s actually going on at Axiom. Centrellas or Dark or Voltar or whoever were 0 help. Ill take back my 500 bucks as well.
