Taking Axis Biotix daily has significantly reduced my widespread thin-plaque psoriasis. I still need to watch what I eat (an intolerance test showed me what foods to avoid) and cold, dry winters still lead to a small worsening of psoriasis symptoms, but they are much much improved.
