28 days box completedNo changes in my pso, if something it got worse. Had a gut test done which showed all my bacteria, my nutritionist advised there is no clinical evidence for me to keep using these however as it wont affect the other bacteria she is happy for me to carry on for another 2 months.I will be editing if any changes.
