I took the AB for three months, it was going great and patches were clearing and overall much less red. Around the three month mark, over a couple of weeks my psoriasis worsened and I started to get symptoms of psoriatic arthritis. I don’t know if this was due to taking AB. I stopped taking it and I am pretty much back where I started. I’m sharing this as I think it’s important for research purposes, and for people to know maybe it’s not right for everyone. I was given the advice to take half a sachet or take a month off, which I have and I might try it again one day as the first two months I saw a great improvement.
