After recieving an email regarding price reduction I did contact them. To my mind if a email like this is sent out there must be scope to reduce the price. So that question was put to them and was told it was research. I went on to add that the deals they offer to new customers were not replicated to existing subscriptions. No problem I was told we will reduce your subscription for the next three months at the offer price. I have received nothing, upon contacting them they said I was told I would have to cancel and re subscribe to get the offer. This was defiantly not the conversation I had at the time.So in effect my subscription has been cancelled because I questioned the price. If I want the new deal I have to re-subscribe. Not impressed, will not be continuing with this company.
