Horrible product, horrible customer service P.S 11.04.2024I am surprised by your answer. I am not at all happy with the conversation we had because nothing was resolved! You charged me £109 for nothing. For the last package you took £34.99 frome my account even though i emailed you to cancel my delivery before that. It is the first time I've seen such a bad customer service in the UK.
