I was bought tickets as a present they went to my friends email. Today she sent to myself. I had to download the AXS app. I am elderly and tried several times then the I am not a fan blocked me. I am deeply distressed and tearful. I can’t understand the instructions to change this. And the Chatbot is useless for me. I can’t find an easy way to contact customer services. This has ruined what should have been a lovely gift. I do have time before the event. Can anyone advise. Can some kind person send me an email or telephone number to call them thank you Joe from AXS UK made contact via email and sorted out this issue. His instructions were clear. And he doubled checked that everything was in order. So I am so thankful for Joe
