No option for no stars which is what’s deserved …I booked theatre tickets months ago using and email address I can no longer access The E Tickets were sent to an email address I no longer have access to and I couldn't retrieve themIt took me 3 days trying to find a telephone number that doesn’t exist for AxsAEG said send them an email they will deal with it in urgency order .. well they haven’t replied and I’ve missed the event and two weeks later they still haven’t contacted meI had insurance with XCover.com but to connect to the website you need to clarify the email address you booked the tickets with .. as I said previously I can no longer access this email .. so that was pointless . so I’ve paid for tickets and insurance to an event I didn’t attend and no one is contactable within these companies. I’ll think twice before I use them again awful way to run a company Axs brought out Ticket Factory so be very careful everyone
