Bad really bad Booked tickets for Elo for Hyde park in July . They have taken all but one payment off the same card with no issues. I have one remaining can’t speak to anyone and every time I attempt to make payment it’s keeps saying failed I’ve tried three different cards which states the same thingNow I’ve had a shitty email off them saying I’ve got until the 11th to pay the remaining balance which I’ve tried to and will receive no refund .got these tickets for my elderly dad as this is Elos last gig Bad service shame can only speak to a generic chat robot .emails say the same thing of change payment details I’ve had no problems with paying with my card and to also this to me right at the end is sad and disappointing Also they get to make money off him
