I bought 2 tickets for Coachella in California a year in advance. They send the tickets from US to Italy just a month before the event but since they used the cheapest delivery method, the tickets not arrived in time since is stuck on the custom with no news whatsoever. They sent with UPS and give to local post office, not let UPS handle all the process. The customer service is useless, you submit a ticket and they don’t respond. At the end, I am traveling to US without my 2 tickets that I paid 1050€ and I have mo idea if I will be able to get it on site. Unbelievable bad service 🤢
