We purchased tickets through AXS.com for an event that was later rescheduled. When we requested a refund due to the time change, we were told that refunds could only be issued to the original ticket owners.AXS.com claimed they were unable to contact the original owners to process our refund, leaving us stuck with tickets we could no longer use. This policy seems unreasonable - if AXS.com sells tickets as a legitimate marketplace, they should be able to handle basic customer service issues like refunds for rescheduled events.Ticketmaster apparently would have issued the refund, but AXS.com's system and policies prevented this from happening. Very disappointed with their inflexible approach and poor problem-solving when customers face legitimate issues through no fault of their own.Would not recommend using AXS.com for ticket purchases.
