I wouldn't even give 1 star. The worst ticketing experience of my life. Unable to get logged in via the app or on my phones browser. But worked fine on my work laptop - not much help when I need the ticket on my phone to get into the venue! Hours of round and round trying to get hold of some support. Phone numbers don't work. The chat bot isn't helpful. When I eventually got an online query form off someone did respond quickly however they just went through all the troubleshooting I already did with the chatbot. Not the customer service persons fault of course he was just going through the process but frustrating nonetheless. Still don't have a solution or access to my ticket for a concert that is less than 48 hours away! O2 Arena needs to DROP AXS for its ticketing what the hell is wrong with just using the usual ticketing companies! So much stress and upset caused by this today!
