I once thought Ticketmaster was the worst thing to happen to live music. Then I tried buying tickets through AXS...The last time I used software that even came close to being this completely broken and bug ridden, I was trying to install an experimental server on one of the worst operating systems of all time: Microsoft ME.I have never in my life encountered such a dreadful, unfit for purpose, utterly Non-functional website.Having been redirected multiple times, on 3 occasions to broken links which caused me to have to restart the whole checkout journey, I finally got through. Only to immediately be flagged as a bot despite passing the captcha 4 times and not using a VPN. After going through the whole process again from the beginning, the show was predictably sold out.A few weeks later some resale tickets were available. This time I actually managed to buy them. At least I thought I did. Until a few hours later when I got an email informing me my booking had been cancelled due to a missing payment (the funds had been taken from my account)After several days of trying to get customer support to resolve the issue, I was given a refund. Not the tickets. Not an apology. Not even an attempt to rectify the situation. I paid for the tickets. The checkout was successful. I had them taken off me for no reason as far as I can tell other than that I was unfortunate enough to be one of the thousands of customers who ran into a severe bug in the software.
