Initially, they claimed the item was "Crafted from 100% Premium Cashmere," yet it was actually 100% polyester. I ordered two large sizes, but they didn't fit properly—shoulders were too tight. After sending several photos for an exchange request to a larger size, I was told to find someone else for the shirts and offered a minimal credit instead.
