Initially, they promote the item as "Crafted from 100% Premium Cashmere," but the shirt is actually made of 100% polyester. My husband typically wears a size large, so I ordered two large shirts, but they were too small in the shoulders. I requested an exchange for an extra large and submitted several photos of the shirts as they asked. Instead of helping, they suggested I find someone else to wear the shirts and offered a 10% credit ($9) for the original purchase if I ordered the extra large. This feels like a scam, and the customer service was terrible. AVOID!
