Ordering a car through the work Leaseplan with Barclays, it can be quite tricky to navigate especially with how it was connected to the rewards system. Upon ordering, a glitch had happened within Myrewards and Ayven advised me to speak to Myrewards to resolve, however after raising this with Myrewards there were not able to fix the issue in the backend and i then rang through to Ayven again where i Spoke to Sara Byrne, i explained to Sara i was advised to reach out to Ayven to get the order cancelled and start again however Sara was familiar with the issue and reassured me that this could be rectified quickly and effectively on the phone there and then, given the time sensitivity i was a little nervous to proceed but Trusted Sara and it was the best choice as Sarah was very polite, understanding, fixed the issue for me quickly and although i had no issues with Previous communications with Ayven this was one of those moments where i felt valued, in competent hands and received an above and beyond moment which in customer service seems rare these days. Big thanks to Sara for resolving this issue for me
