Resulting in my account getting into arrears. 18 phones and 18 manual payments and two formal complaints and their accounts team still can’t get it right. Customer service assured me every month it is sorted. Every month the payment isn’t taken. Every month I have the same conversation which is incredibly frustrating. Do your self a favour and DO NOT use this company they are completely useless.
