On placing a new car order my comments and separate email enquiry were completely ignored. On contacting an Ayvens agent I also felt like I wasn’t being listened to. However, it was only after speaking to Irindeep Mann when my frustrations ceased and the opinion i’d quickly formed of Avyvens completely changed. Irindeep was a pleasure to speak to, she listened to me which is all I needed from the beginning.
