Absolutely atrocious. Had to go through a quoting process two times, the first time was told that the car model was no longer available, the second time was made to wait two weeks with no communication, only to be told that the car colour was no longer available and as such my order could not be fulfilled. This was after I called them and so wasn't even told this in a proactive manner.It is astounding how you cannot keep track of the very products you offer. The one star I have to give is generous to say the least
