i have used this company AZ many years ago, about 7 to 8 years ago. spoke to AZ and TAZ who was very polite and very respectful. I was on google search saw the parts i needed and the link directed me to ebay so when i saw the name on ebay search site AZ cart parts i got happy so i decide to call them asked about TAZ and AZ i was told they dont work here anyway spoke to the person who answered my call got price on my parts 1 week later i call them again this time someone else picks up the phone and he decides to give me higher price2 different prices from to different people working under 1 roof .customer service is bad no reply to emails , the funny part the car parts i wanted iv put them on watch list few days later i receive 5%off from AZ car parts as offer so i decide to go ahead and as soon as i accept the 5% offer someone from the other side decide to take the offer away and cancels my order what a great customer service totally unprofessional so i sent email asking why they did this no reply.i wish TAZ or Az were working there when i called they were good and i hope this message reaches out to them.
