Avoid this seller at all costs. I am an experienced breeder and ordered 18 snakeskin barbs. It took over a month for the fish to ship. When they eventually arrived,5 of these were dead on arrival (Next day air shipping). All but 6 were dead within 24 hours. Thankfully I always use an established isolation tank when I receive new fish. I reached out to the seller and they would only give store credit for the 5 DOAs as a replacement. No refunds. I used that credit to order 8 shrimp. When the shrimp arrived (which was within a week of the order). I only received 6 shrimp, 2 of which should have been culled due to color quality and should never have been shipped to a customer. Overall this was a horrible experience.The sellers communication is terrible, the quality is trash and I wouldn't recommend this business for any reason.
