We thoroughly enjoyed Terceira. The guide, Joao was terrific. He was very informative. He was waiting for us at the airport. His car was very comfortable. We enjoyed him thoroughly. The location of Azoris Angra Garden was comfortable although the room could have been cleaner. In Sao Miguel, our guide,Ricardo was ok. He frequently (at least 4-5 times) told us how much greater the lakes are in Sao Miguel compared to Terceira. It got a bit old. He drove just the 2 of us (plus the guide) in a van that wasn't very comfortable. Furnas was the highlight on Sao Miguel but I think 2 days would have been enough instead of 3 nights. Hotel Marina Atlantica was just ok. Building under construction. Didn't give us drinking water. Room was ok but not great.Dealing with your organization was just so so.After I first requested information, it took a week before I got any information. A few typos were confusing. Not sure why my information included a guide in Faial and Pico. This was unecessary and confusing.
