I’m writing this review as honestly and objectively as possible. I contacted Portugal Online in hopes of getting assistance with planning our travel itinerary. After submitting my information through their portal, they reached out asking for clarification on the dates. In response, I sent a detailed email outlining our flight schedule along with several ideas for destinations, timing, and the types of activities we enjoy. Their reply simply stated that it appeared as though we were already working with another agency. This was confusing, as the entire reason I contacted them was to seek assistance with planning the trip. Unfortunately, their email did not include a phone number, so the only option was to continue exchanging emails, which quickly became unproductive and frustrating. I have traveled extensively around the world and have worked with many travel consultants and agencies over the years. Based on this experience and my limited interaction with Portugal Online, the communication felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult.
