Charmaine Tilley has excellent communication, and is working hard to meet tight deadlines for me which not only makes getting the embroidery just how I want it really easy but is very much appreciated when the pressure is on!Likewise, over the counter service at the Brand Identity location near Southend is user friendly - everyone is super helpful.A wide range of products to suit every need - in my case a variety of t shirts printed and embroidered for a small festival to wear at the festival and as keepsakes - so good quality for longevity is required (and provided)!

Brand Identity are an established workwear, printing and embroidery business based in Southend on Sea, Essex. We work with a number of local and national businesses providing them with uniform, workwear and promotional items.
All our work is carried out in-house at our 4,500sq ft factory where we have the capacity to embroider over 20,000 items per week and can screenprint 1000 items per hour. Our standard lead time is just 5 working days from approval of artwork and we can offer an express service if you require. We do also have a showroom onsite where you are able to come down and try on the items before purchasing.
Offering a wide range of brands for customisation including some excellent sustainable and organic lines, we are able to cater to any budget. We also offer some fantastic bundle deals including new business starter packs, polo bundles and much more.
We are able to offer online ordering portals for clients with over 50 staff members, these enable your buyers to order for their individual teams and send to different sites/stores. These also work well for any clubs and associations as they can be linked straight from your website for your members to purchase your branded merchandise.
We also offer a packaging, folding and bagging and relabelling service.
