I’m absolutely mortified with b12.I have been trying to get some straight answers from the b12 team and have been following up DAILY on several confirmed website updates that should have been completed Monday per a b12 email. It’s now Thursday. After having worked with b12 for a few months and submitting some sparkling feedback to surveys and reviews I am now completed 180’ed. How in the WORLD is it that I’ve been following up on an update request this whole week and not a single word on what the delay is???I need a phone call immediately before I go viral with my email chains and embarrassing idea that b12 has in terms of communication.
