B12 Misrepresented their business to me. I paid them for their services and was delivered something completely different. After 10-15 emails back and forth of me asking to speak to someone in regards to getting a refund, I was met with more emails and finally a call from yet another "head" of some other division of b12. Even with my whole situation documented within the emails, I was met with resistence for a full refund and was told "I will speak to my director and see if we can give you a full refund" This is after is was clear and even agreed upon that I didn't receive what I was promised and had paid in full for. I highly recommend finding ANYONE ELSE who can do your website for you. If you do engage with B12, know that their apparent "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" keep them protected as I was told by the "director" of yet another division... None of it makes sense. Its a convoluted process with too many hands involved that don't know what they're doing and they absolutely do not care about you or your project. They cost me time and money and I had to put up quite a fight and a formal complaint to the Better business Bureau in order to even engage a refund. These are tough times and good business has never been more important. Integrity is important to me and doing the right thing no matter what. B12 does whatever they want once they have your money and it'll be up to you to chase them down for any work done and even a tougher chase and fight to get your money back! RUN!!!!
