However, the skip delivered was in poor condition, leaving rust marks on our driveway that we can't remove. A team arrived to start the job, and while they were hardworking and respectful, communication was hindered by language barriers. The project took 5 days, and on the final day, we spotted several issues. The worker couldn't assist due to language difficulties, and attempts to reach the initial contact went unanswered. I called the office multiple times, and it took weeks for someone to address the mistakes. The shower door was incorrectly fitted, leading to protruding tiles, and a ceiling indent was left for my husband to fix. We had a hole in the ceiling for two weeks due to a delay in fitting the extractor fan. When they finally sent someone, it was unproductive as no issues were resolved. Given the high cost of the project, I expected much better customer service and aftercare. The after-sales experience was quite disappointing.
