So I ask for help to withdrawal my money to my bank and now they block my account so I cannot access anymore to my account to withdraw the rest of my win I still have 5000.25 € and no body is willing to help. Only asking questions. I send everything is required and now im waiting 3 days and every day I try to contact the support they start asking the same questions again and I wait than I contact them again. So they ask me again the same questions. And ask me to wait until they contact me .that's really so ridiculous. How is treating a customer. The only positive thing is when you withdraw they tell you to wait 5 days but the next day you receive the money on your bank . I withdraw two times 3000€ one before midnight and one after and after 8h I receive the 6000€ in the same time on my bank .but the only thing I really don't like it is the miscommunication. With the support ho is really have the function to control my account. And sometimes the support too .So will change my review and five 5 star's when I receive my money. I finally got my money 💰 on my bank account after 10 days.
