My first impression of this product was that it was of great quality.It comes very nicely packaged, and the ingredients are all natural andeasy to pronounce which is a great sign. I have a competitor productthat is also a topical and in a roller form. What my experience iswith the other product is that it is easy to use but the quality ofingredients is inferior and often they seem to contain non naturalingredients as they are quite difficult to pronounce. The otherproduct I have is 1000mg of cannabidiol, but it is unclear whether itis full spectrum so it's probably of lesser quality. However, I get abetter relief from this with the 500mg of Baalm over the other productwhich is at 1000mg. Overall, I am thrilled with this product. Goes onsmooth, uses quality ingredients so I don't have to worry aboutchemicals absorbing into my bloodstream. It works great and get aninstant relief after a heavy workout stopping dozens of pucks. I canapproach a game with confidence knowing any soreness afterward will betaken care of by baalm. I am recommending this product to all my athlete friends who need a little relief from soreness.
