A couple months ago I won about $400. I tried to redeem but because I had had another account i had forgotten about, I was not allowed to redeem it. I even said would take a $100 gift card a $300 loss. I understand you have rules and regulations, but I told them if they had checked the other account they would see i hadn't been playing on it. It was a simple mistake.
