Blocked my account after trying to redeem balance. No response from support team and they never gave any reason why. Never had issues with purchases but as soon as I tried to redeem my money it locked me out and blocked my account.
Update: after 8 hours of waiting support finally gave me a response. Reason for my account being disabled is because of a verification issue, and instead of addressing the issue it is being ignored and not explained properly what the issue actually was. I have provided all my information and identity documents to the support team. They responded claiming that they have no information about the verification problem or any way of fixing the issue and they are not even trying to fix it because they don’t want to payout the winnings. It’s funny how there was no issue with making purchases.
I’ve had the account since September 2nd 2025 and have not won anything since then but today I won 50$ on a no limit game with a gift of 1sc I had received from a email……
