I placed an order on Thursday and received an email on Saturday stating the item was out of stock and that I would either have to wait for it to be restocked or accept an exchange. I requested a refund since the item hadn’t shipped. After sending four emails and contacting them through various social media platforms, I’ve received no response in 48 hours. This situation is extremely frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews before spending over $200. I’m left wondering if I’ll ever receive the doll, as they seem unwilling to issue a refund.
