This company is a joke. My wife ordered 1 doll to see what it would look like and It was perfect, so we ordered 2 more dolls the same as the first, because we have 3 granddaughters. When the other 2 dolls showed up, they were different. To exchange them or get a refund has been a nightmare. The company will not back what they say on their website. You have to send it back to China on your own terms and you have to pay for the shipping and they will not send a return label Therefore, it would cost more to ship them back to China than what the dolls cost. I should’ve looked at this company more closely, but what I’ve gone through has not been worth the hassle to deal with somebody from China, that’s not willing to work with at all. Don’t buy these dolls period.
