I ordered this doll in good faith due to reviews I had read I paid over £250 for this doll for my daughter for her Christmas present. I received the packaged and have never been so disappointed. It looks nothing like the doll I had ordered. I disputed the case in which this company had admitted editing photos which is completely illegal. The doll i ordered was a cute newborn girl with straight hair. The doll i received looks male and has curly hair and is not the size that I paid for either. Not to mention the fact that a lot of the hair has come out inside of the packaging After submitting this on PayPal they kept coming back to me with 15% refund, then 30% and lastly 40% in which I am not happy with as I could never give this to my 3 year old she would genuinely be scared of it (it looks like a Chucky doll) This company knew they was in the wrong and the fact they admitted that they edit their photos really disgusts me and is completely illegal Lastly they offered me a full refund if I send the item back to china in which will cost me £72 plus vat. I asked for a returns label which they have declined Please do not buy as this has totally ruined my daughters and my Christmas These reviews cannot be real as I honestly cannot believe what I have received vs what I ordered Please tell me how this is fair??
