I ordered a week ago. I was sent an email to say I would receive another email when the order is shipped. The only emails I have had are supposedly about my order but they are just ads. When I check on the website my order still states awaiting shipment. I emailed support two days ago and have still not received a response. My wife thinks I've been scammed! UPDATE: Babside has finally responded to say the shipment is delayed due to the outfit being out of stock. They have offered a different colour which I actually prefer. Going forward I would advise you communicate immediately with these issues and options, this will save you from bad reviews due to delivery times. Upgrading to 3 stars for now. Will edit again once arrived.
