Edit: Babeside did contact me to work with me to make this issue right. The doll was not replaced but was given more of a discount to help offset the inconvenience. I look forward to future dolls and products through them and appreciate their additional efforts to make the situation right. The full 16” silicone doll had great details and soft skin. She was smaller than expected because I guess the bent knees count towards the measurement. The outfit and accessories were of good quality. Unfortunately, the doll came with a pen mark on her leg and with silicone peeling up the whole leg and arm on one side. When requesting a replacement doll, I was told I could either have a 25% refund or I would have to pay to ship the doll to China for a refund. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive doll as a birthday present.
