The doll I bought vs the doll I received was not at all the same. They are unwilling to resolve the issue and only offered 15% compensation when I spent almost $200 on the doll. I’m very unhappy because I was scammed by multiple other companies and this one I felt like I could trust because of the high reviews, and now I’m left feeling like I was scammed once again. Be aware!!
