I ordered this doll from Babeside two weeks ago and I have to say the shipping was very fast. I received it in five days and I was very excited to receive my doll as this was my first silicone doll from this company.. I ordered the 16 inch silicone, Nancy doll and upon arrival I noticed that her lips were peeled. The paint was peeling off and they were extremely chipped. Other than that the doll is beautiful and does look as pictured on the website, but I was extremely disappointed in the mouth being defected and that they didn’t pay better attention to quality control. I did contact the company and I showed them photos of how the doll arrive to me and after a couple days of going back-and-forth, they did agree to refund me 20% of her cost for my inconvenience and for their apologies of receiving a faulty doll. I would say their a wonderful company as long as you don’t expect a full refund if you were all right with possibly receiving a faulty doll and getting 20% of your money back they’re a great company, but there is always that risk of receiving a doll with flaws. I can’t honestly say that I would order from them again, as I am afraid, I might receive another doll that has a defect. The only thing I’m afraid of now is I am hoping that her paint doesn’t come off her lips entirely and I have no idea what to put on her mouth to prevent any further paint from peeling away.
