I am new to collecting reborn dolls and have made some bad choices, so I was nervous when I ordered my first doll from Babeside. But there was no need to be! My first beautiful 20” Esta doll arrived in the promised time frame, and she is the most perfect doll ever. She is exactly as described, has a beautiful little face, real feeling soft skin,little painted toes and finger nails and very nice accessories. So, I was so impressed I ordered the Esta boy-and I’ve named them Finn and Lola. I just love sewing them clothes! I will probably never order from anyone else. I’m actually looking at ordering the little Nancy girl doll next.There was one little mix up with the outfit the boy came in. It wasn’t a huge problem for me, but when I contacted customer service at Babeside they were extremely quick to respond-actually within a few hours! They were very apologetic and sent me out two free outfits to make it right-much more than I expected.
