The dolls themselves look great and are perfect for my daughters. The return policy is a complete lie. The website indicates 30 day returns to a California address. However, when I contacted regarding a return it took about 3 emails to get an approval to refund and they informed me that I needed to return to China. They also added it would be very time consuming and costly ($95 to return) and that I should instead accept a partial refund. If you are happy with the doll it’s a great purchase, but if you don’t like it - returning is not a real option as the website suggests.
