I never received the doll…. It said my address was undeliverable? I tried to schedule response via their delivery service but phone and email are not working….Update:The company did reach out to rectify my experience. They offered to re-ship my order as an apology. I also purchased the Seel insurance so that was helpful because I purchased this doll over a month ago and I’m now moving so I suggest getting that too in case your items are not delivered. I also suggested babeside not use speed X. They are a terrible shipping company. I will likely re-order if they change who handles the shipping.
