I ordered four items and only received two. After much persistence on my part, I finally received an email back. I asked for a refund of the missing items. They offered me 20% my next purchase. They stopped responding after that. The doll that I received is actually amazing, but I’m done with this company. No phone, just email for support in Hong Kong.
