I Will Not Break My Daughter’s Heart!

This company sends the same message over and over and does not help. Someone purchased a doll for my daughter via Amazon. The voice, air and heartbeat box was not working effectively. Additionally the zipper is very fragile and it seems like it will break off. I even removed a lot of stuffing to accommodate the box. The doll was very over stuffed. That wasn’t even the problem. They immediately pointed me to Amazon even though they manufactured the doll. I explained it was a gift, so I couldn’t go back to review “my order” because it wasn’t mine. They provided common sense directions several times then mentioned the box may be faulty and to contact Amazon. How do you rip a doll from a three year old who is obsessed with it? So at this point we have kept the doll as they didn’t offer to send a new box or another doll as THEY manufactured it. Do NOT purchase that doll that breathes or any that you need to remove the box as they are very overstuffed. Poor customer service who wants to pass the buck and not be accountable for a poorly made doll! I did not purchase the doll. BABESIDE manufactured it! Be accountable! The person who purchased the doll took the time to order it initially. Why should they be involved in rectifying something that is the manufacturer’s fault? UPDATED:Even their reply directs me to Amazon…..and ignored that I do not have any information Amazon would need to assist. They also disregard that the doll will need to be taken away from my daughter. This also supports the REPETITIVE form reply message. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE their products!
