I ordered Sunny with coos, heartbeat and breathing. I also ordered Noah but none of the extras. Noah is so cuddly, his face is perfect and love to hold him in my arms. So lifelike! Sunny is more stiff with the box inside her but she is beautiful! Great buys and I want another!
