I purchased a doll on 11/29/25 and received it on 12/9/25. The quality was very poor, and it did not resemble what was advertised. After requesting a return, I exchanged 22 emails with various representatives, all attempting to persuade me to accept a 25% refund instead. When I refused, they informed me that I couldn't return the doll to the California address on their website. I was instructed to send it back to China, as any package sent to the California address would be destroyed. To get a full refund, I had to use the address provided for returns in China. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and money—avoid this service!
