Avoid this place! The images they showcase of the dolls are misleading! The doll I got looks nothing like what was shown, as clearly indicated in the photos below. The doll has differently shaped eyes, mismatched eyebrows, altered ears, a different face shape, hair, lips, no tongue, and improperly painted teeth. She is not soft at all. I reached out to them, and they offered to refund only 15% of my payment, despite their stated 30-day refund/return policy. I contacted them the very day I received the doll. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and now I'm in a rush to find an alternative. I am extremely frustrated! RUN! Don’t look back!! DO NOT ORDER from here! Additionally, their positive reviews are deceptive! If you read through them, you'll find many negative experiences.
