My item has been in transit for 20 days now. The tracking information indicates it was handed over to the carrier on 12/14, but the carrier claims they never received it. When I reached out to the support team, they insisted it was still in transit, even though the tracking suggests otherwise. Now, they have stopped responding. This company seems like a scam.
