The misleading information on their website is concerning. Initially, the claim of a money-back guarantee and easy returns is untrue. Although the description states that returns can be sent to California, when contacting the support team, I was informed that I would need to pay to return the item to another country. A company should not promote a hassle-free return policy when it's far from accurate. Additionally, the promised 3-7 day shipping is also deceptive. It has been 22 days without receiving the item (notably, this is the second order as the first one was incorrect). Now, I might end up with two items once the second one arrives. I was not willing to pay over $150 to return the incorrect item.
